Magnolia Fall stamps.

Has anyone had any experience with this company, when deliveries don't arrive?? I ordered the Fall set ages ago, my credit card has been charged, but the stamps have never arrived. I have emailed them twice and received no responce?? Any suggestions???

22.10.08 UPDATE
I finally received an email, to say the stamps were dispatched 9/9/08. Have requested replacements and - no surprise - no further replies!! So I have given up!! I have been in contact with my credit card company - who were fantastically helpful and are arranging for a full refund. I will not order direct again!
Thanks for all your help and comments - I see I'm not the only one!

Hi,i'm so pleased to have just dropped by your blog and read this post,i was thinking obout ordering the winter collection,but i don't think i will bother now...it seems like it could cause alittle problem if the stamps don't arrive,with the language barrier...hope you get yours sorted,

I would have the credit card company look into it and have them reverse the charges.

Hi sue, I am sorry you have had trouble with this, I had a similar problem. I ordered the club kit and didn't hear anything, I emailed them but nothing, at the time I hadn't been charged, so I ordered again thinking something had gone wrong. Later I found my card was charged twice! so the order had gone through the first time too. I emailed several times trying to cancel one of them and nothing! Then about 6 weeks later I received the first club kit twice!!! Luckily for me I sell them to a friend. I don't really know what to suggest, the stamps could turn up any time. Oh poor you Sue! I've heard before that they don't answer emails! If you don't receive anything then I agree with oma, call your credit card company and see if you can get your money back (you're usually covered with a credit card anyway)

Yikes, I've never ordered from them directly, but I sure hope you get your stuff soon. Not very helpful, I know...sorry!

Well ladies, 4 emails later - still no reply and no stamps. Don't think I'll be ordering direct again!!
So next stop - contact the credit card company - wish me luck!

Sue mine never arrived either and i phoned them and spoke to a vaery nice lady. The thing is it does say when you order that if they go missing in the post they are not held responsible!! I said well this isn't very good customer service, she then sent me some more stamps out the same day and i received these. HTHs.
I am sure i have the number somewhere if you need it.

Oh that is just terrible Sue. I am really shocked to hear all the stories here. And slightly concerned cos I ordered the Fall Tildas - they came, delivered via air-mail a week or so later. But I also pre-ordered a Christams kit as well so I hope that arrives. There is a blog - not sure what it is - so if all else fails, maybe you could ask the questions on there. I know it is a bit drastic but at least it might shock them into doing something. I absolutely hate this sort of thing and I don't agree with their 'not responsible for lost items due to crap post' thing either, cos I think they have a duty of care to us, the customers, to ensure things arrive safely and securely. You go girl, and let me know how you get on!!!!

Hi Sue the same thing happened to me last year sometime time and I had a reply from them saying they were not responsible. I think it was around the time of the PO strikes and I thought it was the POs fault. I haven't had anymore problems with the deliveries but they have always been slow to respond to any queeries - not the best company to deal with, but I love their stamps xxx
